Sai Prema Hospital

It was an interesting challenge to be involved with the Sai Prema Children's Heart Hospital in Fiji. Prior to the pandemic, we worked with the Sai Prema Foundation to design a kitchen suited to the Island conditions.

The equipment was shipped to Fiji prior to the pandemic. Closed borders presented a challenge as it meant our team were not able to go to site and manage the install. We enjoyed managing this project remotely by providing detailed plans and support to the locals so they could complete the install.

It's exciting to see the pictures come through of the completed kitchen!
